• Managed Time Warner component for base building architect and assisted in coordination of multiple tenants and uses in single structure.
• Led green building team, on pilot LEED Interiors program
• Coordinated design and construction documents with between owner, architects, engineers and specialty consultants
• Developed estimates during pre-construction, created Requests for Proposals for specialty consultants
• Monitored base building schedule.
• Bought out trade packages and monitored the shop drawings, submittals and change orders for millwork and flooring trades
• Created monthly project reports on construction status. Assisted in installation coordination with field staff.
• Negotiated construction issues with design team, owner and subcontractors
• Tracked participation of minority and women owned businesses.done
