Gut renovation and conversion of 600 SF former flop house into hipster barber shop.

• Riffing off the original Carroll Gardens POI Barber Shop, the material palate was maintained, but polished into a UN inspired space.
• Oversaw the installation of all new electrical, plumbing, finishes and fixtures.
• Designed custom stick-built storefront, during new materials alongside salvaged doors.
• Worked closely with owner on coordination of furnishings.
• Coffee bar and commissary added to the rear of shop one year after opening.

Project completed in 3.5 months for less than $100,000.
